Sponsor Agri-business at Nyamache Life Skills Centre for a month

£500.00

By sponsoring one of our vocational life skills courses at Nyamache Training College, you’ll be helping students gain practical skills and break the poverty cycle for good.

One of our most impactful programmes is Agribusiness, delivered to the entire student cohort of approximately 100 students. Agriculture is more than a trade in rural western Kenya - it is a lifeline. Students learn how to cultivate land, grow and harvest crops efficiently, and sell produce sustainably. In a region where food insecurity is high and many families prioritise export crops such as tea and coffee, we teach practical methods for growing food that sustains households, even on small plots of land. The result is impact that reaches far beyond the classroom.

Why it matters

Access to further education and employment opportunities in rural western Kenya is extremely limited. Without skills, opportunities are scarce. Vocational training provides a direct pathway into employment or entrepreneurship, empowering young people to support themselves and their families.

What your support provides

  • A qualified trainer’s wage

  • Tools, materials and equipment for practical learning

  • Skills that lead directly to employment or self-employment

Lasting impact

Students leave Nyamache with more than a certificate - they leave with confidence, real-world experience and the ability to generate an income. Many go on to start small businesses, support their families and pass their skills on within their communities.

As a corporate sponsor, you’ll receive:

  • Regular updates on the project, including photos and student stories

  • Your logo featured on our website and social media recognition for your incredible support
